Ingredients:
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 10 asparagus, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/3 cup chopped mushrooms
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 15 grams of dried seaweed (I bought three 5 gram packages)
- 2 tbsp basil
- 1 tbsp oregano
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Cooking Instructions:
1. Saute the onions on high heat for five minutes
2. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boill
3. Next add the rest of the ingredients and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
