We have a vision that goes beyond helping children in clinic.

 

The Building Better Brains mission is to transform educational institutions across the globe by informing and training other professionals on ways to optimize children’s brain development, how to recognize weak connections and areas of underdevelopment as well as how to intervene with targeted exercises and therapies so children can overcome any challenges that have the potential to limit them.

 

We want the world to know that learning and behaviour challenges don’t have to be permanent.

 

We work with private schools, speech therapists, reading and learning specialists, school boards, teacher training institutions both in-person and virtually.  

Examples of Trainings We Offer Are:

  • Working with educational staff so they are trained to identify signs of underdeveloped brain levels, weak connections and learn the corresponding exercises to strengthen these weaknesses.
  • Training OT’s, speech pathologists, CAS workers, social workers, physicians, dentists, educators, and other professionals working with children on how to use nutrition to maximize their results with clients and patients.
  • Helping social workers and therapists recognize when nutrition, toxicity, pathogens like Lyme, mold or strep may be playing a role in behaviour or mental health issues.
  • Courses at colleges/universities to students in teacher training so they understand the factors that develop the brain, how to recognize weak connections and signs of underdevelopment and the exercises they can integrate into their teaching practice to address breakdowns in specific learning skills or with emotional regulation.
