Resources

I really believe in the idea that when the student is ready the teacher will appear. We often think of teachers as people, but they can also come in the form of books, TV shows, documentaries etc. I am so grateful that we live in an ‘information age’ and that we can so easily access countless resources to grow mentally, physically and spiritually. For now I would like to post a few of the resources which have been invaluable on my journey to wellness. I am a firm believer what works for one does not necessarily work for another, but who knows which tool might be a lifesaver for you. Consider the ones that interest or ‘call’ you. Those are likely the resources that your intuition is telling you will best serve you.
