2014-02-17 09.50.10This is another easy to make and tasty snack that is both nutritious and filling because it offers fat (the great kind!) as well as that crunchiness that we so often want when we have a craving.

I mixed together carob chips, cashews, cranberries, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, but obviously you can easily throw together any combination of nuts, seeds and dried fruit that you have in your cupboards.
