I am not crazy about all the ‘gluten-free’ products that are on the market right now. A lot of ‘gluten free’ products might be minus the gluten–which some people definitely can’t tolerate–but these ‘gluten-free’ products are often filled with all kinds of other questionable ingredients. Say no to diet fads and yes to what makes your body feel healthy and energetic.
