Maple Syrup Soup

  This was my husband's invention and it was surprisingly delicious as well as comforting for a dreary April afternoon. Ingredients 2 caramelized Onions (chopped) 1 1/2 cups Congo Peas 2-3 carrots peeled and chopped 1/4 cup Maple Syrup 1 tsp. basil 1 tsp. oregano 1tsp. parsley
