It’s that time of the year to turn to hearty, comforting food like pumpkin, squash and baked apples. This smoothie is a tasty, sugar-free treat packed with all the vitamins and minerals you need to keep you energized and healthy this fall.
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup roasted or canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp cultured coconut (coconut yogurt)
- 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup coconut, almond or cashew milk depending on your desired thickness
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Protein power (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender or a food processor except for the cultured coconut. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a glass and top with a tablespoon of cultured coconut cream. Enjoy!
