Ingredients:

  • 3 scrambled eggs
  • 4 cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1 avocado (cut into small pieces)
  • 3 leaves of flowering kale


Directions:

1. Add a teaspoon of butter to a frying pan and melt on low heat.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl, then pour the eggs into the frying pan. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
3. Place flowering kale leaves on plate and top with eggs. Next add cherry tomatoes and avocado, as well as any other seasoning or preferred toppings.
