1/3 cup blueberries
2/3 cup sunflower seed butter
1/3 cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
3 tbsp chia or flax seeds
Dash of salt
1. Melt coconut oil and sunflower butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Line a baking tray orÂ large tupperware container with paper cups.
3. Once mixture has cooled, pour into paper cups about 2/3 full.
4. Place into a containerÂ and then place in freezer for approximately 60 minutes.
